Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries. Please do a mock order to see if we ship to your destination.


How much is shipping?

Shipping cost varies and are automatically calculated once you are on the checkout page. 


How long does it take for my order to be ready?

We thank you for your patience while your item is made to order. Our processing times vary depending on volume. Please visit the top of our main page to view the current processing time. You will also be notified of the processing time when your order is placed.


Please note that orders are processed on business days only. Our business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Is the processing time the same thing as shipping time? 

Our processing time is not the same as shipping time. Our processing time is the time spent to put your order together. Shipping time starts clicking once your order is in the hands of the Post Office,  right up until it is delivered to your shipping address.


Customs and duty charges 

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred or associated with your purchase. 


Will I be able to track my package?

You will be able to track your package if you select a shipping method that comes with tracking.

If you are located in Canada and choose "Expedited," "Xpresspost", or "Priority" as your shipping method, you will be able to track your package. You also get liability coverage up to $100 CAD with this option.

Standard shipping does not come with tracking.


If you are located in the US and choose ''Tracket Packet" with tracking," you be will be able to track your order. You will also get liability coverage of up to $100 with this option.


Please note that Tracked Packet shipping is not expedited shipping and therefore this option does not speed up the shipping process.


Standard no tracking 

If the standard shipping is selected, please note that there is no tracking and no insurance coverage on this mailing option. 


I have not received my package, what should I do? 

If you have not received your package after your expected delivery date, please contact your postal agency with your tracking information for assistance.


Once items have been released by us to Canada Post or any other delivery agent for shipment, all undeliverable claims and disputes must be handled between the customer and the postal agency. Your tracking information will assist in trying to locate your package.


Delayed/Lost/Damaged shipment

If your packaged is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact your postal agency with your tracking information for assistance.


If during shipment your package is delayed, lost, or damaged due to bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpleasant or unpredictable circumstances, unfortunately we will not be held liable. We do not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the postal service/carrier. We encourage you to select a shipping option that includes insurance coverage in the event that something goes wrong with your delivery/package. These options are usually the tracked shipped options and they may be viewed upon checking out in the shipping section. 


Please understand that after we have handed over your order to the postal carrier, unfortunately we have no control over what happens to your package while in transit.
