Can I request a refund?
All orders are done to specifically for you and therefore considered a custom order. Based on this, we unfortunately do not offer refunds at this time.
Can I exchange an item?
We gladly accept exchanges if your order has a design defect, or if it was not done to your satisfaction. Items will be accepted for exchange in its original state and within 30 days.
To start the exchange process, please contact us using the contact form located on our homepage. You may also send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number as a reference.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue you a replacement of the same item that you initially ordered. Please note that your replacement will be the same design, the same colour, and the same size.
If you made a purchase during a sale, unfortunately, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges on a sale item.
I am not completely happy with my purchase; what can I do?

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after you have made a payment. To request a cancellation, please send us an email along with your order number via our "Contact Us" option located on our homepage.
